Here’s the bottom line
Great location near Washington Park, with nearby dining options. My junior suite had lovely views, yet it was small and showed signs of wear. Communication was decent for requests but lacking a personal touch. Luggage storage was convenient. I enjoyed my stay but hope for improvements during renovations.

I had a lovely stay! The room was spacious, spotless, and nicely decorated. Plus, the location was perfect, with easy access to all the best spots!
The WiFi password was a mythical creature—had to hunt it down to find dinner. If only the front desk appeared more often, I wouldn't have felt like a lost kitten!

Couples seeking relaxation
We had this amazing breakfast every morning, like it was a five-star restaurant—smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels, can you believe that? And the bed! I swear it was more comfortable than my own at home—like sleeping on a cloud.
It wasn't exactly affordable, but for the experience, it was reasonable.

Nice location and cozy features
The junior suite was lovely, featuring beautiful antiques that gave a warm charm. The spacious dining area was comfortable for breakfast, offering a variety of options. Being in Little Italy made finding delicious food easy. Overall, great ambiance and lovely decor. The window blinds let in light without dust, which was a nice feature.

Great location for exploring North Beach area.
The hotel system was entirely digital, which caused major issues. My husband and I faced difficulties checking in, as I had to use my iPhone, and he couldn't install the app on his Android. When I accidentally locked us out of the bathroom with the key inside, there was no staff to assist us, leaving us in a very uncomfortable situation overnight. The lack of any human presence was frustrating and made us feel abandoned.

I stayed in a Standard Queen Room for 3 nights. Super comfy bed, which was a big plus! The room was nice and clean but a bit small for my taste. The key was a hassle—it hardly worked on the first try. The shower space wasn’t great, felt a little cramped. But the location was excellent, really close to everything I wanted to check out. Overall, it was a mixed bag, but I enjoyed the cozy vibe.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the Aquarium of the Bay and enjoyed the local vibe. The brewery nearby had great food, and the cozy atmosphere made our stay feel special. Rooms are private, but heads up, no central air. Still, we loved the laid-back breakfasts and happy hour snacks!
The staff seemed a bit inexperienced and slow to respond to requests. We had issues getting breakfast items we ordered, which was pretty frustrating.

Charming Stay with a Few Quirks
We had a lovely time during our three-night visit. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and our room was cozy and clean. Just be aware that the digital key system might be tricky if your phone battery runs low. Don't overlook the nearby dining options. the local cafes serve fantastic breakfast options!
